we will endeavor to resolve all requests for exchange that meet our customer exchange requirements.
1) If upon receiving goods a manufacturer's defect is discovered, we will exchange the goods with the exact, or if not available, the equivalent of goods purchased.
2) Conditions of exchange are that I, the owner of May's Manchester reserves the right to personally inspect the goods to be exchanged before mailing , this can be viewed via Skype or MSN if requested ...this will satisfy Mays Manchester that quality goods are returned to the purchaser
3) Because the exchanged Goods have been inspected,1 exchange only is required ...
4) Goods purchased will only be exchanged if the buyer notify May's Manchester via email within 24 hours after receiving purchased goods or the time agreed upon by May's Manchester.
5) Goods must be in clean unused condition,with the original label and package before exchange will be agreed upon.
6) The postage is to be paid by purchaser on exchange returns or refund returns.
7) Mays Manchester will pay to send the exchanged goods to the purchaser.
8) May's Manchester will not be responsible for any damage, loss or delay in time incurred by Australia post.
